1. Unbox Your Quest 3
- Inside the box, you’ll find the headset, controllers, charging cable, power adapter, and safety guide.
2. Charge the Headset
- Use the provided charging cable and adapter to fully charge your Quest 3 headset before the first use. A full charge ensures uninterrupted setup.
3. Download the Meta Quest App
- Download the Meta Quest app (Meta Horizon) on your smartphone (available for iOS and Android).
- Create or log in to your Meta (formerly Oculus) account through the app.
4. Power On the Headset
- Press and hold the power button on the side of the headset until the indicator light turns on.
5. Put on the Headset
- Adjust the head strap for a comfortable fit. Ensure the lenses align with your eyes.
- Use the slider under the headset to adjust the lens spacing for clarity.
6. Pair the Headset with Your Phone
- Open the Meta Quest app on your phone and follow the instructions to pair it with your headset via Bluetooth.
- A pairing code will appear in the headset; enter this code into the app.
